在Rosa26位(wei)点定点敲入CAG-tdToamto序列，获得全身表达红(hong)色荧光的首(shou)建(jian)鼠(shu)。首(shou)建(jian)鼠(shu)与野(ye)生(sheng)型(xing)C57BL/6NCrl交配(pei)获得杂合鼠(shu)，杂合鼠(shu)互配(pei)获得纯合鼠(shu)。
2. 表(biao)型
除(chu)红(hong)细(xi)胞和毛发外，该(gai)小鼠品系(xi)的(de)细(xi)胞可以激发出红(hong)色荧(ying)光（tdToamto）.
3. 应用(yong)领域(yu)
小(xiao)鼠(shu)细胞(bao)或组织追踪；另外分(fen)离自tdToamto红色(se)荧(ying)光小(xiao)鼠(shu)的细胞(bao)可能(neng)比转染EGFP质粒的野生型小(xiao)鼠(shu)原代细胞(bao)更容易培养。
